The one thing to remember is that Dropbox has a robust website which, for the most part, is accessible with a screen reader. The iCloud site doesn't exactly have a great track record as far as accessibility, so if you do a lot of web-based management, Dropbox may be a good choice still. Plus, nothing says you can't use both.
