hi; then post a tweet on their time line. you can do that whether you follow them or not. and i use it on my mac. i have the time for refresh set to like five or ten minutes. and i arrow over to the table. while in the table i only move up or down when i want to. and if i want to go to the top i just press 0 because there are no twitter i d with numbers at the beginning and so i'm automatically taken to the top. best of luck, max
