Open System Preferences, go to Internet Accounts, and find your account in the 
table. Tab to the password field and enter the new password, and that should do 
it.

As to tweeting, I strongly recommend the Night Owl client for the Mac. It's 
right on the App Store, and I recently posted both a podcast and a text guide 
to using it. Both are on applevis.
