Hi, unfortunately, as of right now you can only start a call from your Mac and 
switch back to your iPhone. You can't start a call on your iPhone and switch to 
your Mac. Hopefully this will be addressed somewhere in the future. That seems 
like such a logical omission for them to have missed.
