Hello Scott and all: Well, I do not know if they thought you were nuts though let us just say that a book could be written entitled adventures in communication with them (smile).
I will say that the company may not quite be as invested in the accessibility conversation as we might be on this list though when one of their versions produced a high degree of sluggishness while interacting with VO they fixed it in the next version. Navigon seems to perform good coding and we get the good result (smile). For what that is worth.
