there is a script that makes easy work of this task. All that is necessary is 
to have focus on the desired table, and then to run the script. It is best run 
from the extras menu bar which requires it to be placed in a certain folder and 
have the scripts icon turned on via script editor.
I’m sure the author of the script, or someone on list (perhaps even me if I get 
off my duff) can supply the script.
