Hi Jean, Information is very helpful. I certainly do appreciate it. I am in the process of gaining a couple of external hard drives for the purpose of working with radio. I need the extra space for the music. Also the people I work with use that paid account to exchange files. Fortunately, it's all legal. I don't understand the lack of responsiveness by dropbox given that their mobile app is accessible, yet their website is crap. There is another option which I have found to be quite workable. I reassigned my dropbox to an external hard drive and have all the files stored on that. The only thing you have to remember is that copying files into your dropbox on the external drive does not automatically upload them. You have to make sure the dropbox app is opened and operational. This is easily accomplished though in the applications folder and opening dropbox app. By the way, I did communicate with dropbox about the inaccessibility of their site but they were unresponsive.
