The page I played with was mostly content which I was able to navigate 
around and read. Just tried a popup and was unable to figure out what 
was in it or what I had picked. Here is the test page I tried:

Inaccessible popups appears to be an old problem. Josh noted this in his 
blog back in 2008:

Apparently there has been no progress on this front in over a year.
