No, I don't think so.  I think that's a Nuance voice.

I note the compact and non compact versions:  thus my conclution that it's a 
Nuance voice.

Speaking of voices and their responsivness, here's what I have found in the 
last few days.

The Apple voices are the quickest to respond to key presses and commands.  The 
Acapella voices are a distant second.  Now, here's the shock.  The Nuance 
voices, which many of us have used for a while and which used to be the fastest 
and most responsive now trail a distant third place.  At least, on my Mac book 
Pro which dates from November 2009 they do.
