Hello, 

I just want to add that when you hold the option key for 3-5 seconds, there 
will be 3 buttons or links (however you want to call them).You can open the 
menus with VO-M and pull open the Apple menu and towards the bottom you will 
see reset. Press the return key and that will reboot the computer into the 
other operating system. On another note, since one is only booting into a 
single operating system, if the OS gets a virus on lets say the Windows side, 
the Mac side should stay virus free. HTH and good luck on your bootcamp
