What do you mean? I don't exactly follow. If the headset is in discover mode, then it's not currently connected to anything. The only way I know therefore to reconnect it would be to go to the bluetooth devices list on whatever you wanna connect it to, in this case, yoru mac, then manually reconnect it. The whole reason for discover mode in the first place is to disconnect it from one device so it then can be pared to another one.

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding your question.  Can you possibly rephraise?
