Chris, no one has the right to say that to you! That would be totally rude.
I'm not sure why he never got that mail. I'm very happy to have him as a
valuable member of our group though.
Chris.

Hi all
If you tell me to mind my own business, that's fine. *smile* but when list
member Gary Price attempted to subscribe, he never got such an email from
the owners asking why he wanted to join. I ended up contacting the owners
myself via the form on the group's home page.

Hi Chris and Walter. There's another step that you left out but you
probably don't know about this since this was just implemented. Once he
sends the blank email to [email protected] he will
likely receive an email from one of the admins or moderators of the list
asking how he heard of the list. This is so that possible spammers are
prevented from joining the list. When I chose to create an iCloud email
account and transferred emails from this list to it, I got an email from
Chris Blouch asking me this question.

Hello Walter. I trust that this evening finds you well.
To subscribe, have your friend send a blank message to:
[email protected]
The plus sign in the above address was not a typo.
Leave the body and the message completely empty. Once this message is
sent, they will receive a confirmation e-mail back. Simply reply to this
message without changing anything. Literally, just hit reply, then
immediately hit send.
This will forward on their request to one of the administrators who then
will get them approved/added to the list.
Hope this helps.
In His service,
Chris.

Hello all,
I have a friend who would like to subscribe to this list. What is the
subscribe address so I can give him so he can subscribe?
Walter
