Hi all

Received a scanned PDF document via an email attachment. I then opened it in
one of my favourite apps, PDF Pen Pro from Smile Software. It then prompted me
to OCR either the page or the entire document. Pressing return will click the
"OCR document" button since it is the default button. It took under half a
minute, and a ding emitted letting me know the OCR was successful. The document
then opened for editing. But I didn't do that; I went into file > export and
exported it to Rich Text Format or RTF. A typical save dialogue box then
appeared. Since the settings were to my liking I just went ahead and saved it.
The document then opened in Text Edit, another of my favourite apps. Results
were pretty good. Not totally accurate, but enough to figure it out

Just some observations from a prospective PDF Pen Pro user.
