Hi. I don't have that bug. I'm able to access the Wi-Fi menu with in recovery partition just fine. I'm running the latest public beta of Yosemite 10.10.4, if that helps though. Although seeing as it's recovery partition, it should reinstall 10.10.3, and not 10.10.4 cents is not released publicly. Either way, I don't see the issue your referenced.v
