OK, so try this.  Go into Work-out.  Try setting a time goal for your work-out. 
 When I turn the crown, it moves up and down through the page--i.e. moves from 
the back button to setting the time to the start button--, but will not let me 
set the time.  The only way I can do that is by swiping, which is *incredibly 
slow.
