So here's the deal.

I've totally forgotten the pass code to my device.

Have tried numerous times to restore using the latest version of iTunes for Windows.

Seems to be stuck in this circle where it just won't get passed the message: " iTunes cannot connect to the iPad Sadam's iPad because it's locked with a pass code please enter the code or try again".

Followed most of the steps outlined in the below Apple support article:

Please note: I've skipped steps 1 and 2 as I don't have find my iPhone enabled on this device furthermore, there's no iCloud file to restore from.
