I just received an email in Apple Mail with a PDF attachment. When I open the PDF attachment I only get Preview in Open With and hear only double quote. Does this mean the PDF attachment is a scanned in document and saved as a PDF and needs to be OCRed? If so, what is the best free OCR program? Thank you to all respondents.
