When you insert a cd, iTunes gets the info from the Gracenote database. If you think the title is incorrect, just click the cd info button and change it. Likewise the tracks. Then you can submit the new information to gracenote by clicking the cd options menu button and choosing submit track names to gracenote or something to that effect.
