Strange, I’ve always found that forum very agreeable as compared to many other 
boards (though it’s still no substitute for mail, obviously).  But I agree that 
the easiest way of dealing with the header of every message is to simply skip 
it line by line, which means simply getting into the habit of doing a VO-right 
until you reach the end of the list of participant data, which is the second of 
such lists.  How do you do this on Windows?

I set up a mailing list that gateways posts from the audiogames.net forum into 
mail.  This is much easier to handle in Mac mail.  You can subscribe here:
