Hello Donna, I am so sorry for the Play List problems you are experiencing.
Are you absolutely certain you are syncing your iOS devices to the correct iTunes Library? Also, can you try to create a short new playlist in iTunes and see if it correctly syncs to your iOS device? If it syncs correctly, this will help focus on a possible cause. But the minute I hook my iPod up to my stereo, which also means to power, it immediately reverts to the old order.
