TripView is used for getting timetables for public transport. It updates in
real time with delays and changes etc. It can use your location to show you the
next train, bus, ferry etc departing from the nearest stop to you. So for
instance, I have it set up so that I just swipe up from my clock face on my
watch and I can see when my next train is departing and from which platform. I
have it set up so it only shows me the trains I actually want to catch. I don’t
know about Brisbane but I don’t see why not. The app does pull data from the
iPHone but there is rarely any noticeable lag or whatever. It works really well.

Complications are the customisable little bits of information displayed on your
clock face. These include things like weather, time, calendar appointments,
activity, date etc; I don’t think there are any specifically for heart rate.
There is a “glance” for heart rate, though, but glances are something slightly
different. Glances are a whole screen of information, including from third
party apps, which you get to by swiping up from the clock face.
