You want to make sure the right authentication is set. I've had  
similar issues with my own domain e-mail account which was pop. I  
never actually managed to get that to work, since the support guy  
didn't have a clue, and it refused to show me what authentication it  
required when checking the info. I could have been there all day. I  
needed it to ask the server, not assume I wanted to use a certain type  
of authentication since it was set to automatic. I do wonder if Mail  
can do this, but as far as I know, it cannot. A good bet, though,  
would probably be the authentication is the same for your own account.  
In my case, it just kept saying the incoming server was connecting for  
hours on end. Have you tried messing with that? Really the only thing  
I can think of at this point. I'm assuming you can send from it, just  
not receive? In that case, it might just be authentication. Have you  
tried it on a Windows machine as well, by any chance? I know it has  
automatic authentication. It asks the server as to which type to  
utilize. That's one way to find out.
