Hi Anouk It's always driven me a little bit crazy not to be able to move files.. I have a lot of data and the fact of haveing to wait for minutes or even hours to copy files when I could move them in seconds is sheer assinine stupidity. So I got something called move.workflow which is supposted to let you move files in stead of copying them in finder. I don't know how to use workflows though, and never have figured out how to get the thing to do what I want. It can be done though I'm sure.
I prefer having all the items in my explorer sorted by alphabet personally. It makes it much easier to get to any file or folder by pressing it's first few letters.
