Hi, First, you should be able to stop interacting with the table and move vo to the text body.
Inserting a section break creates a new page with some extra conditions that I not sure I totally understand my self, but one of which is that you can move a section around the thumbnails where as you can’t with a page. When you vo-left at the top of the page, make sure you are actually interacting with the body of the page. That’s all I can think of there. Hope something here helps.
