This list is one of the slow ones for me.  Nobody trims off the crap at the 
bottom and so we end up loading bunches of repeat "you have received this 
message" things like that.  I'll admit that it has been quirky in working with 
gmail at times.
I wonder what features thunderbird has that you'd like to see on mammal? I've 
looked at it previously and couldn't find much if anything that mac mail 
doesn't do.  Guess that is why there are differing mail clients.  One for each 
of us!
