Hi, Let's see if I can remember how I fixed this issue... Go into mail prefs, to accounts, then in the table of accounts select your account that's giving you trouble. Then select the tab that says mail actions. Somewhere on that screen there is a check box to keep trashed items on the server. Uncheck that box and close mail prefs. You will get a message asking you if you want to save your changes, hit save. That should do it! I had this problem too, I would delete gmail messages go to another mailbox like saved mail, and when i went back to my inbox those deleted messages were back. Hope this helps! Jeff
