Marco Zehe from Mozilla wrote up his solution to getting the caps lock key to act as both the VO keys on OSX and the Insert key when running VMWare with Windows and Jaws or NVDA. This seems to come up pretty often so hopefully folks can keep this link around and just paste it into the message thread whenever it comes up rather than re-writing instructions every time. Not sure I would bother with the VO remap part but at least you'd have one key for both sides.
