Hello Eileen, When I open Word, I hear: "Word Open new and recent files dialog”. I can interact with the templates grid, open an existing document or create a new one.

But you can also set a hotspot on the styles and have VoiceOver monitor it or just check it whenever you want to know. > 4. AR I’ve tested a sheet of labels and you can type in whatever address you like. However, it wasn’t easy to make sense of it. I had to interact with each cell, bring the mouse and do two VO-Shift-Space clicks for the pseudo text to show up. Some fields are difficult to find and you’ll just have to learn how to handle your favourite templates. However, the Mail Merge facility appears to work well. I hope this answers your questions.
