Hi I followed all the instructions to take every thing of my Mac book air, when the Mac book air restarted and the voice came back on, the log in screen and it had still got my name as a user and I can still use my pass word to sign into my lap top. Should my user name and pass word be cleared of with every thing else, should I have signed into my user name, when I did this it asked for my pass word for my Apple ID, should that's till be on the lap top and I didn't sign into my account and it now says its setting up your Mac this has been doing this for a little while now, how long does this normally take to do this, thanks for all your help, Sarah.
