Hi!
OK when in mail press either VO+m or Control+f2 to get to the menu.
Then W to get to the window menu then arrow down to Previous Recipients and 
press enter.
You should end up in a edit field just arrow right and you should find a table 
of all people you've emailed go in to it and just press delete on any you do 
not wish to keep!
