It is working for me at the moment. And, yes the rules are different. I couldn't decide whether to use the "sender" or from" option. Finally went with from and then the last part of the email just in case they had other emails with different letters or whatever. It does seem to be working and if it doesn't I will try again! Maybe I posted the rule here with the person's email in it they would get the message. Just kidding. Jim
