Hi Ester, No problem. I did change the quoting text option as per your instructions. Much better. With SnowLeopard, I find that I can highlight the group I wish to deal with by hitting the space bar, and I can change options from within the group by also tapping the space bar. No need to interact with anything. It behaves like Windows in that regard, and it saves keystrokes or keystroke combinations which I like
