I thought I did, but if not, I'll say it again. First for insert, I mapped it 
to the right option key. Then for the applications key which is the same as 
pressing shift+F10 I mapped it to the right command key. If this doesn't help, 
maybe add me to Skype and I'll let you hear my configuration there.
