I would imagine that ProTools has punch record capabilities. The only program I've ever used that had punch capability was sonar on the window side. Again though, I'm sure ProTools must have something equivalent if you want to spend that kind of money and go to that kind of learning curve. Punch recording is a feature found mostly in high-end applications and you're not likely to find it in a $60 app.
