Hi Tim,

Yes, it is a little frustrating in some senses, but it also gives me some hope 
that I too could get it to work properly. Maybe the problem is just with the 
particular audiobook files I’ve been using. Although, in the one audiobook, 
sometimes I can jump forward and back 15 seconds in one chapter but not in 
another, and this is where the whole book and all its chapters are just one 
file. It’s a little odd.

Was the audiobook you used a .m4b file? I think I use AudiobookBuilder as well, 
although I’m not on my iMac just now and there’s a couple of similar apps with 
very similar names.
