Hi Wayne!
If you create a new group in your contacts application and put everybody in 
there that you want in your mail out you should then be able to type in that 
name in the "to" field when you are in mail.  They even have "smart" group 
where you can add filters and other things.  I have not used that part before 
but have sent out mail to various lists with no problem.
