So I use Skype with Soundflower to pipe through the audio on the
receiving end.
I use Apple Script to change the audio output/input when a remote
machine is connected.
Only downside is that there's no stereo sound.
Also, the Mac you want to control must not be behind a VPN, which really
sucks. But then again it has to be connectable somehow.
