I don't have an iMac but I think all the ports are on the lower back of
the screen. If you are facing the front of the computer the ports would
be to the right of the stand and power connector. Moving away from the
power connector the first port should be an Ethernet connector followed
by one or more lightning connectors, depending on the vintage of your
machine.
