Hi John, I've been looking *everywhere in system settings! :) I did not ask accessibility b/c I didn't figure it was an accessibility issue, but maybe I'll give that a try. I know that sighted users drag and drop characters from a pallet, so thinking of it that way, I suppose accessibility is involved. Thanks for the suggestion.
