Fairly common occurrence, unfortunately. If you have sight, use the Option key at boot to select Windows and see if it starts and runs. Even if you don’t, try guessing; hold Option at the chime and then press, say, left and then enter.
You can use the bless command from Terminal to set up the boot device.
