Hello Chris, Appreciate your reply to my message. I tried your method, but that did not work. However, a solution I did find that does solve my problem is changing the data area to text, which will preserve all digits entered into a cell. This also is useful for credit card numbers, which is according to a post I found through Google for users of Microsoft Excel no less.
