Hello List,

I have several audio books that I would like to import onto my mac and
then transfer to my victor stream. These audiobooks on compact disc
have several discs. I had tried using itunes in the past to import
the cd's but I found the process very confusing. I believe the stream
needs each track numbered in a specific way so it knows what order to
play the tracks. I had tried going in and renaming/renumbering the
tracks after itunes imported the CD. Itunes named the tracks
something like "track 1", instead of just "1" or "zero zero "1". I did
this for the first disc. Then when it came time to import disc 2 I
was totally confused and lost. I did not even know what to do and how
to get it imported and numbered correctly so the stream could play the
tracks in order. So on to my questions.

Can someone please share with me the best way to handle importing
audiobooks with multiple CD's so they can be converted to mp3 format
so I can then put on my stream. I'm open to other mac/voiceover
compatible software or some detailed instructions to do this with
itunes.

I would appreciate any help and I hope I made sense. :)

Oh, and I also do not know how to handle this situation when itunes
does not recognize the disc. You know when, itunes knows the album/
artist and such when you insert the CD?

Thanks,
Christina
