Christine, Have you tried turning quick nav off and when you get close to the table just using the arrow keys without any modifiers? If I can arrow down into the table , sometimes, once I am there I can then use the VO plus arrow keys to navigate. Using the arrow keys alone along with the correct toggle of vo plus equal sign is helping but not perfect. :( Also, I am using DOM mode. I have not tried using group mode for navigating website to see if that makes any difference.
