Untouched, but let me say that with the emphesis in mind of two things.

1.  You're running Snowleopard, so anything's possible.

2. Regardless if it doesn't touch things, you really really ought to run a backup just to be on the safe side.

Since 10.11 is released today, I have a question about updating.
When updating will this earase all the programs a person has installed?
Will a person have to reinstall all their programs?
Or will your installed programs be untouched when updating the OSX version?
