Hi, I think that applies to both platforms. William wasn't working that well with my Windows machine, and though he sounded fairly decent, he tended to spell simple things as "install". As for your experience, it sounds absolutely terrifying. I might try it one day to see for myself, simply to find out if my William behaves the same way. It might be a brilliant idea to send some feedback to Cereproc about this if there is no other possible way, somehow, to correct the problem.
