Unenrolling from the beta program is not the same as downgrading software. It simply means you no longer have access to betas.
You need to reinstall the release version of the software (Yosemite or El Capitan). Download it from the Mac App Store, create media for it, boot from that media, then repartition your internal drive (erasing everything on it) and reinstall the OS.
