The only way I can post to FB or Twitter using Notification Center is to 1. compose the message you wish to post. 2. Exit Notification Center. 3. Reopen Notification Center. 4. interact with the Widget area and again the Social Media widget. 5. Now VO + right arrow until you find the edit field with your message and beyond the message are the cancel and post buttons. I could not get the shift tab and the control tab methods to work consistently.
