Chris, I’m just getting the hang of this as well. Try a single press and
do it with conviction meaning press once with meaning. (not to light just with
enough force and smoothness). Should work fairly well.

about not needing to double tap. That probably explains why sometimes it's not

You don’t need to double tap and hold, you just need to press on the
screen. Peak and pop are meant for things like emails, messages, it works in
some twitter apps like Tweetings, things like that.

of the native IPhone apps support this from the home screen. I'm not sure

I thought I'd seen that things like Facebook, Skype, etc would
work, but I haven't had any success from their home screen icons.
Maybe yall can give me some creative ideas to try, as I'd really
like to see just how powerful and cool this feature really is.
