Yes, because before this previous vocalizer update, this wasn’t occurring.
I have my default voice for text-to-speech and voiceover set to Samantha. I was 
able to reproduce this bug, and it really does say bitch when you have the 
speech slower, but when you speed the voice up it can be had to tell.
