Secondly, I very well may have misheard, but I thought I'd heard about 2 or
3 people say that in El Capitan, there were some new voices which got added. I
definitely don't see them, and yes, I did look under the custom option in
Voiceover Utility/Speech category/voice. All I see are the norms, then of
corse the Nuance voices, and my few Acapela voices. Nothing jumps out at me
though.
